How do I sign up for a free trial?
Sign up for a 1 week Free trial on our website! This trial gives you unlimited classes and 24/7 access
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
What is the age limit to use your facility?
Minimum age of 16 required to be in the facility on your own. Parents or guardians (with their own membership) may accompany those under the age of 16
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We were voted the BEST fitness facility in Genesee county! We have 7,000 of facility space and offer something for everyone no matter the fitness level.
What kind of equipment do you have in the gym?
We have everything you could need for your workouts! Cardio equipment, free weights, cable machines, free weights, turf, sleds, and so much more
How do I get into your facility?
Once you sign up for a trial or a membership, your welcome email will include all the instructions for setting up our smart app which is how you will unlock the doors
Do you have a drinking fountain?
Yes, we have a water bottle filler available!
My door app isn't working for the facility.
This could happen for a variety of reasons: Do you have an active membership or trail? Has your card declined? Does the email in your app match the email on your membership? Are you within 5-10 feet of the door? Is your location services turned on in your app settings? If you are still having issues, please text or call us at 505-204-7229
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card and debit cards. If you would like to pay with cash or check, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
Are their trainers available to help me?
If you are in a class, our coaches are trained to help you with your workout. We also offer small group or personal training for those who would like guidance on their workouts! We do not have a trainer on staff for those in our 24/7 facility.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% off for all active and retired military or police We also offer family discounts: First family member 20% off second family member 30% off third family member 40% off fourth family member Fifth family member FREE **Family members all live in the same house. Can not stack discounts with already discounted membership (i.e. student memberships). Membership order is deterred from most expensive to least expensive membership. Family members do not need to have the same membership to be on a family plan**
Can I stop by and see the facility first?
We do not keep staff on hand and our doors are always locked so if you would like to see the facility, please contact us directly!
