Specifically programmed to make athletes the strongest and fastest version of themselves. Performance training is much different than Crosstraining because the focus is not on burning calories, but concentrates on a scientifically specialized type of training that will increase any athletes strength, speed, explosiveness, quickness, acceleration, and vertical jump.
Due to the physical and unpredictable nature of athletics, it is impossible to completely eliminate injury. However, the Injury Prevention portion of our Performance training incorporates highly trained coaches that are up to date on the top exercise science techniques and deliver, proper movement pattern coaching, mobility, stretching, and “pre-hab” techniques that highly decrease the risk of injuries in athletes.
