Constantly varied, full body workouts that incorporate cardio and strength training.  If you are looking for a fun and motivating way to lose weight, get tone, or gain muscle, in our opinion Crosstraining is the best way to do it.  

All Crosstraining workouts can be scaled down for people that have never worked out a day in their lives, or scaled up for that serious competitor.

BURN is a Crosstraining based class with an emphasis on endurance to help you burn more calories

SPINFIT

SpinFit classes are a high intensity cardio classes on indoor cycling bikes set to upbeat music to help you push yourself while also having a good time!!

Classes range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and each class is a little different to keep you engaged! Our instructors will push you through speed, hill, and power intervals to help you burn calories while achieving amazing results!!

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Specifically programmed to make athletes the strongest and fastest version of themselves. Performance training is much different than Crosstraining because the focus is not on burning calories, but concentrates on a scientifically specialized type of training that will increase any athletes strength, speed, explosiveness, quickness, acceleration, and vertical jump.

Due to the physical and unpredictable nature of athletics, it is impossible to completely eliminate injury. However, the Injury Prevention portion of our Performance training incorporates highly trained coaches that are up to date on the top exercise science techniques and deliver, proper movement pattern coaching, mobility, stretching, and “pre-hab” techniques that highly decrease the risk of injuries in athletes.

 

Classes available:

Bedrock- 4th-6th Grade

Mixed Athlete- 7th-12th Grade
