CROSSTRAINING

Constantly varied, full body workouts that incorporate cardio and strength training.  If you are looking for a fun and motivating way to lose weight, get tone, or gain muscle, in our opinion Crosstraining is the best way to do it! All Crosstraining workouts can be scaled down for people that have never worked out a day in their lives or have injuries, or scaled up for that serious competitor!

BEYOND BOXING

A one of a kind fitness experience that will hook you on the first punch!!

Each class is 45 minutes consisting of 8 rounds. 4 of the rounds you will be boxing on our stand up bags, 2 of the rounds are strength work, and 2 are accessory work! The mix of boxing and strength work gives you a great full-body workout that incorporates both cardiovascular and muscular endurance!

You’ll think you’re in a hip club when you arrive in our drip pit for class with our fun and engaging atmosphere! Between the lights, music, and ambiance you even might just forget you’re working out!

BURN

A Crosstraining based class with an emphasis on endurance to help you BURN more calories (get it hehe)!

ATHLETE TRAINING

Specifically programmed to make athletes the strongest and fastest version of themselves. Performance training  concentrates on a scientifically specialized type of training that will increase any athletes strength, speed, explosiveness, quickness, acceleration, and vertical jump.

Due to the physical and unpredictable nature of athletics, it is impossible to completely eliminate injury. However, the Injury Prevention portion of our Performance training incorporates highly trained coaches that are up to date on the top exercise science techniques and deliver, proper movement pattern coaching, mobility, stretching, and “pre-hab” techniques that highly decrease the risk of injuries in athletes.

Classes available:

Bedrock– 4th-6th Grade

Mixed Athlete– 7th-12th Grade

SPEED–  Sessions geared towards gaining max strength using a wide variety of technology to dial in and perfect trainings for our athletes! With this technology we are able to show metrics of every athlete and their growth through our program

TEAMS or SMALL GROUP TRAININGS– We offer private trainings for teams or a smaller groups (from 8 up to 30 athletes). Team trainings can be for any sport, for any amount of time you’d like/need, and are custom built to you based on your schedule. If you have a group with a common goal that may not fit our team option, a small group may be right for you! You need a minimum of 8 athletes to create your small group!

  • This free trial package will give you 2 free classes to try! To set up your free trial packages, click on this link below, then click on “get started” to create your account to ‘check out’ with your free trial package! Once you have completed your check out, you can choose and sign up for the classes of your choice!
