All Crosstraining workouts can be scaled down for people that have never worked out a day in their lives or have injuries, or scaled up for that serious competitor!

Each class is 45 minutes consisting of 8 rounds. 4 of the rounds you will be boxing on our stand up bags, 2 of the rounds are strength work, and 2 are accessory work! The mix of boxing and strength work gives you a great full-body workout that incorporates both cardiovascular and muscular endurance!
You’ll think you’re in a hip club when you arrive in our drip pit for class with our fun and engaging atmosphere! Between the lights, music, and ambiance you even might just forget you’re working out!
