All Crosstraining workouts can be scaled down for people that have never worked out a day in their lives, or scaled up for that serious competitor.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Specifically programmed to make athletes the strongest and fastest version of themselves. Performance training is much different than Crosstraining because the focus is not on burning calories, but concentrates on a scientifically specialized type of training that will increase any athletes strength, speed, explosiveness, quickness, acceleration, and vertical jump.

Due to the physical and unpredictable nature of athletics, it is impossible to completely eliminate injury. However, the Injury Prevention portion of our Performance training incorporates highly trained coaches that are up to date on the top exercise science techniques and deliver, proper movement pattern coaching, mobility, stretching, and “pre-hab” techniques that highly decrease the risk of injuries in athletes.

There are 2 different ways that you can get started at Beyondriven. The direction you take will depend on how comfortable and familiar you are around fitness and training. Regardless of where you start, everyone will finish by doing something amazing for their health and ultimately their life.
